On August 21, 2013, Anna Mett was diagnosed with
Acutelymphoblastic Leukemia.A cheerleader for West Seneca Little Loop, Anna was required to stop cheering and prepare for a 2 and a half year treatment plan. Anna never questions "why me," and she always has a smile on her face even through the bad days. Anna’s treatment will last until February 2016. |

Despite several difficult, high dose treatments, Anna has stayed positive and kept a smile on her face. Anna’s mom has not returned to work in several months in order to care for Anna during her treatments at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
This April 6, the cheerleading community will come together to not only give financial support to Anna's family, but we will celebrate Anna, her strength, and her positive spirit.
